Like the caterpillar which turns into a beautiful butterfly Sara's metamorphosis is complete. Her first flight was into the Savior's arms where she has found eternal joy and happiness. The pain that this world offers no longer torments her earthly body. She is free, she is perfect. God bless you Sara and thank you for being a part of our lives.

  8. The thoughts and prayers of the staff of the St. Lawrence County Probation Department are with all of Sara's family and friends. In this most trying of times, you have shown the true meaning of love and caring and family. We were all blessed in NY to have known Sara and to have had her, for awhile, as part of our lives. She will be missed. Thank you for sharing her with us. I know how very proud she will always be of you, her children and grandchildren. May you find peace in knowing how comfortable you made her last days. May God Bless you all.

    St. Lawrence County Probation Director

  9. Dear Dave & Nancy and all of Sara's family, I am so sorry for your loss. I felt lucky to meet Sara having heard of all that she had accomplished in her life, but what she most wanted to talk about when I met her was how much she loved her son Dave and she so appreciated that I "got it" what a great guy he is. I am so sorry for all the suffering you have been through, but know that your mother influenced and gave so much to so many lives. She was blessed to have her family help her through this difficult illness.

  11. Sara's spirit is alive and well. Her personality and spirit were never contained - she was always larger than life. Within two minutes of meeting her, you had known her forever. The touches she made as a result of her kindness, compassion and caring will leave permanent prints. We are all lucky to have known her. Julie Pasquini, Albany, NY
