June 19th, 2009 Family and Friends Visiting
We are so grateful to all of you who have sent cards, inquiries, and visited Sara these past weeks. Sara really enjoys company and we welcome you all to come and visit. A special appreciation to friends and family who have traveled from the east coast to be with Sara, it means so much to us.

We were so glad to see Sara there in Seattle. Chris and I have been saddened by the separation of distance during this difficult time. The devotion and love that the family has given Sara is a comfort in that separation. Sara was not able to communicate to us with words but there was her beautiful heartfelt smile and her always ready loving embrace to let us know that there was a connection and mutual feeling of love and appreciation.
